Cut the ceiling open from the unit below to fully expose the effected piping. Cut out and replace affected cold water pipe. The pipe type is 1/2¿ CPVC and replacing with 1/2" PEX A pipe. Water pipes are stubbing up from the bottom tenants room to the 2nd floor.
