Cancel from Dashboard → Billing at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and does not renew.
Annual plans: 14-day money-back guarantee
If an annual Pro or API plan isn't right for you, email support@uspermitsearch.com within 14 days of the first annual payment for a full refund.
Monthly plans
Monthly payments are not refunded; cancelling stops the next renewal.
City Reports
City Reports are delivered instantly as a download, so they are non-refundable — unless the file is materially wrong or empty, in which case we will fix it or refund you.
