Open the basement ceiling to expose the bib piping. Dig up the yard under the old bib to expose the incoming connection to the irrigation double check. Remove the old bib, bib piping, and incoming piping to the double check. Replace the bib through the existing hole in the building with a 12" frost free bib. Add a tee in the basement piping to provide an individual pipe connection for the double check. Drill a hole in the basement wall to outside and connect to the double check. Test for leaks, and backfill hole. Seal foundation wall penetration.
