The house was purchased as a triplex. No work is being done. The city's system is showing the house to be a duplex. I need to get a certificate of occupancy to show that the house is indeed a triplex so that the third unit can be given a proper address and I can obtain the short term rental permit renewal that I've had for the last couple years. NO WORK BEING PERFORMED.
