Questions
Is there a free trial?
No — but every city page shows real, current leads for free, so you can judge the data before you pay. Monthly plans cancel anytime, and annual plans have a 14-day money-back guarantee.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, in one click from your billing page. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Where does the data come from?
Straight from each city's official open-data portal — the same building permit records the city publishes. We pull them every day, map every city into one schema, drop noise like traffic-control and sidewalk permits, and group related permits into one project.
How fresh is it?
We check every feed daily. Most cities publish permits within 1–3 days of issue, and every city page shows the date of the newest permit we have.
How do you know a permit is commercial?
We use the city's own classification where it publishes one. Where it doesn't — Chicago and New York — we match the permit to the assessor's property record and use the building's land-use class.
Do leads include the contractor?
Where the city publishes it, yes — names are on most permits in New York, Chicago, Philadelphia, Austin, Cincinnati and Baton Rouge, often with a phone number. Coverage varies by city and is listed on each city page.
Which cities do you cover?
The live cities are listed on the Cities page; more are being added as we validate each city's feed. Coming-soon cities have a waitlist — join it and we'll email you the day yours goes live.
Still deciding? Judge the data first.
Every city page shows real, current projects for free. When it’s useful, Pro unlocks the rest in two minutes.
